Of all the industries I talk about on Synthetic Work, Health Care is the one I cannot keep up with. So much is going on every day.

However, Finance will likely be the one industry that will experience non-stop AI transformation for a while. It just didn’t start yet.

A very small portion of the AI community is currently focused on synthetic voices (aka TTS), but when GPT-4 and other LLMs will gain a truly realistic voice*, the emotional impact for humans will be huge.

Voice is critical.

@erogol All these wonderful studies (which I review on Synthetic Work) never account for the most important factor: people resist change and, if feel threatened, they actively sabotage change.

What “could” happen, especially if described by a tech provider, must face the real world.
