Fake Show | Alessandro Perilli

In February 2023, Alessandro Perilli launched the promo video of a podcast almost entirely created with generative AI called Fake Show. The only part not generated by AI are the dialogue, which Alessandro wrote personally.

Fake Show is a proof of concept to demonstrate the progress of Generative AI in areas like speech synthesis and text-to-image generation.

Because of this, it’s a constantly evolving project.

Alessandro used one of Fake Show’s characters to demonstrate the incredible capability of the new Gen-2 AI model, developed by Runway.

The model is capable of generating a video from a single image without even a prompt.
