Almost on a weekly basis, I find people that didn’t (and should have).

@romant The focus of this book is to talk about noise, not bias (which was more prominent in TF&S) and more specifically to explain *how much* of it there is in aspects of human life that we consider or expect to be fair.

Some core ideas are obviously recurring, but I would read both.

The fine folks at @CloudBoltSW published an interesting 200-people survey (74% VP titles knowledgable about IaC and DevOps). Among findings, 55% have difficulty creating consistent pipeline env.

This is an eye-opening book that every executive and corporate board should read. If you’d apply that concept to IT automation successfully, you could potentially remove the biggest roadblock in the journey towards a fully anonymous IT environment.

I believe #AI is the way to overcome the standardization problem in #automation.

Such a mechanism didn’t exist until a few years ago, but now we start to see a glimpse of it. In a sense, #Codex is a form of automation where the #AI automatically converts plain text into code without the need for the user to standardize the request according to a syntax.

When I wrote this long post about #automation, I left out a key question (on purpose): can you automate at scale without standardizing? The answer is yes but only if there is a mechanism that learns and adapts in real-time, automating every snowflake.
