If there’s one lesson that smart people insist on not learning is that when a new technology emerges, the jargon attached to it is mostly incomprehensible and a big scare off for the broader community of potential users.

Jibberish has never driven adoption. Get rid of it.

Your startup biggest feature is a clear and easy to understand language and narrative.

That should be the number one priority in your roadmap.

People don’t spend enough time thinking about the dynamics of Lego sets buying and building. They tell a lot about the human nature. Hence, they tell a lot about how we behave in other contexts. For example, how we value and evaluate enterprise IT technologies.
