Due to a technical glitch, an @uber trip that was supposed to last 20min ended up lasting 1h, with the result of missing a very important meeting. Human driver experience remains invaluable for now.

@JeffSaidSo @scott_lowe @Apple This machine always had keyboard issues, even before it got broken now. It’s the worst keyboard I ever used.
In fact, Apple is replacing the whole keyboard at no cost. No question asked.

I’d prefer 1000 times a next business day repair timeframe than a series of shiny stores with glass staircases.
