18/ The ultimate point of H+ is demonstrating that there’s an extraordinary amount of activity directly or indirectly leading to human body augmentation. The opportunity for researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors is bigger than anything we’ve ever seen in history.

17/ Unsurprisingly, there’s an overwhelming predominance of white male founders. The presence of female founders is not zero, but nowhere close to gender parity. Non-white ethnicities are an even smaller minority.

10/ Perhaps unsurprisingly, more than any other field covered by H+, the biggest Tech companies are all investing in augmented reality while the biggest Pharma companies are all investing in genetic engineering.
