Throughtout my career, I heard that “execution matters more than ideas”. In 21y, tho, I’ve seen 100s of executions that failed, often disastrously, because the original idea was distorted or the original inventor was removed from project.
You better know what you are executing.
Give other people the time to come to your conclusions. Sometimes, it takes months. Other times, it takes years.
Time and patience are the two most powerful warriors.
