I’m fortunate enough to be involved in the early days of many startups in the most disparate fields. I love when founders come up with a great company name. Somebody shared one of those just yesterday and now I can’t wait to see the startup coming together.

@Daniel_Kyne I look forward to a future “Behavioral Product Management” and a widespread org structure that moves away from product-centric teams.

@Daniel_Kyne Traditional economists made the fatal mistake of thinking about people as Econs, assuming a completely rational behaviour from them. That’s how we got to Behavioral Economics today.

Similarly, product management expects totally rational PMs rather human (and biased) ones.

@Daniel_Kyne The issue is that Customer Problem Stack Ranking is much harder than it sounds. As long as you have a product-centric org, PMs will always try to solve all problems with their own product. More importantly, they will be less sensitive to problems that their product doesn’t solve.

Now, of course, #automation is not #AI. Ansible Security Automation has always had a long-term goal to add an AI layer to address AI-led cyberattacks. >
