@reillyusa None of those things are transparent. AI has to be transparent to be truly useful in a productivity suite. It has to be a coach that suggests you improvements/insights.

Productivity suites like G Suite and Office should be the first target for #AI (to write better, to find insights in numbers, to produce better presentations).

There’s an enormous, completely untapped potential there which will require a lot of creativity to be fully exploited.

Moreover, if you are still predicting the same thing after 7 years and it didn’t happen yet, maybe you are not observing the market carefully enough.

When you read predictions like “trend X will drive adoption of technology/product A” write down the date. Predictions are fine as long as they materialize within a reasonable timeframe. If after 7 years, you are still predicting it will happen, your prediction is wrong. Let it go

If you really want to offer on-premises serverless computing, and your stack needs 80 nested computing layers, you better sell to developers only the absolute top of that stack. The rest is for IT Ops, or you missed the whole point.
