I wonder why major analysis firms don’t have a dedicated #AI practice yet. Do you think it’s a fad not worth a major investment…?

How do you carve yourself a role, and differentiate, if your industry is dominated by a single provider and you can’t/don’t want to become one and compete just on price (e.g. energy supply)?

With management, of course.

In theory, we now have all ingredients to finally achieve self-healing and self-defending IT environments:

In practice, the building blocks these ingredients manipulate remain so complicated that self-healing/defending is still far away.

Is anybody using latest #AI / #ML algorithms to try and understand animal language (e.g., dolphins)?
