One of the 100s of spam emails I receive every day. This is dear to me because chatbots are one of the worst examples of applied #AI, and I’ve spent years denouncing how bad they are. The irony is that these vendors believe that the solution to their problems is more tech. https://t.co/ahl7uyvp5v
