Selecting a technology so complicated that only above-average skills or experience people can operate only moves forward experts or aspiring experts. It doesn’t move forward the whole company. It’s not in the best interest of the business; just a selfish, shortsighted decision.

This is one of the many thoughts I post on Twitter on daily basis.
