Key findings from The 2018 Open Source Job Report by @linuxfoundation and @DiceTechJobs:

– Hiring open source talent is priority for 83% of hiring managers (76% in 2017)
– They look for devs (72%), DevOps skills (59%), eng (57%), sysadmins (49%)
