See, the problem is not having a backup machine if your MacBook is being repaired for 10 days, or an adapter if your Roomba arrives with the wrong cord. The problem is the poor service. The lack of attention to details. The assumption that customers will tolerate everything.

Additionally, this new i7+ is not working properly. In 3 days, I already had to remove and reinsert the battery, and the robot doesn’t go to its base to recharge itself as it should. Massive failure @iRobot. Absolutely NOT recommended.

It would be fine, except that @iRobot put the new robot for sale even knowing the cable was not available, and is asking customers to pay more on top of the massive cost of the unit.

Disappointment week continues. I purchased a brand new @iRobot Roomba i7+ which arrived with the wrong UK cord. Customer service tells me that they don’t have the correct cord, no ETA can be provided, and all customers are advised to purchase an adapter.

Not everybody disappoints. The real estate market in #London is brutal, especially if you are a busy professional. To find a new home, I used a startup called @homie_rent. They managed to achieve the impossible, delivering outstanding service. Highly recommended.
