Speaking of definitions out of control: it turns out that “ITOps” is too inclusive and not appropriately distinguished from “DevOps”. So let’s keep “ITOps” only as a macro category term and put in its place “SysOps”.

Boom. The circle is complete and we are back into the BBS era.
