So far I’ve seen 3 types of vendors. The ones with:
1. complex slides & complex tools
2. easy slides & complex tools
3. easy slides & easy tools
1. complex slides & complex tools
2. easy slides & complex tools
3. easy slides & easy tools
#2 is by far the most dangerous, as they set the wrong ROI expectations in #CIO’s mind. The delta is $$$$ and often leads to failure.
