@Deliveroo @googlemaps 2/ Founders, don’t do that. If the use of a 3rd party service of your choice negatively impacts your relationship with the customer, it’s not up to the customer to fix it, it’s up to you. It just erodes trust and drives the customer away as soon as a decent competitor emerges.
