The only thing vendor A accomplishes is alienating customers and eroding the trust in both A and B.

I shouldn’t even say this but: if vendor A joins forces with partner B (for sales/marketing/operations), it MUST spare customers some bizantine rules of engagement. If I have a relationship with vendor A, I don’t care about restrictions applicable for activities performed by A+B.

And there won’t be for very many years. So a different approach is necessary.

Who said that AI should be accessible only to the ones that make investments in data science talents? A number of big vendors (not a shameless plug at all) are working hard to democratise access to #AI

@ask_koopersmith I bet your generation also gets moved when they see a promo video about self-driving cars giving new possibilities to somebody that cannot drive anymore due to old age or a disability.

In that situation, for the same identical audience, AI is a reason for hope, not fear.

The general public, especially in consumer space, need/want an idea to believe in, a better future to hope for. If it’s called cloud computing or AI, it doesn’t matter.
