2/3 Months ago I started a newsletter called Management Strategy Journal to keep as many as possible in Red Hat on the same page about what happens in the industry and how to interpret those events. It’s has been a success beyond expectations so far.

1/3 In a large corporation, communication (across functions, BUs, GEOs) is critical. It serves transparency (to build trust), education (to build knowledge), awareness (to build coordination).

So much wisdom across this network. @LinkedIn is exceptionally powerful and yet much underestimated.
