Dubai has great ambitions to become a high tech city but I think that #London has the highest chance to become the ultimate location for applied #AI. No other city I have ever seen worldwide welcomes so warmly new tech in so many different use cases. I bet @mayoroflondon agrees.

I also wonder if we’ll get to a point where we’ll have to constrain the speed of #AI thinking, just to give humans a chance to react to whichever decision or action has been taken. It would be ironic, given how hard we are working to increase that speed today.
