@GaryMarcus @fchollet 2/ …but if people believe this is a brain in development, like a 6yo, then mistakes are tolerated and welcomed as wonderous signs of imperfect progress.

And that’s what I think it’s happening here. Our expectations are for an imperfect marvel. So we are way more forgiving.
