12/ @BoschGlobal reaches out over Twitter DM and the very helpful interaction is (paraphrasing): “Oh it doesn’t turn on? Then you should call and arrange a service repair.”

Thank god Bosch has this incredible “Social Care” service. I would have been lost without it. 🫠
