A large organization de facto discourages employees from taking controversial decisions. Nobody wants to be fired, and nobody is encouraged to do mistakes. And that’s because a large org has a lot of functions dedicated to risk mitigation (Legal, PR/AR, HR, etc.).

This is one of the many thoughts I post on Twitter on daily basis.
