Does the work you do create meaning or impact?
Do you feel ownership (emotionally) in the work you’re doing?
Do you have the freedom to make choices?
Is the task monotonous?
Are you in a place where you can safely & easily get feedback & use it to improve?

This is one of the many thoughts I post on Twitter on daily basis.
