The one thing I’ve seen built and rebuilt 100s of times over the last 15y of career is the self-provisioning portal (+catalog). Of the million of things that must be fixed in IT, vendors insist in redoing the portal (even if nothing is wrong with it). It’s the easiest, isn’t it?
