If you don’t measure what you do, you don’t know you have a problem until it’s too late.
If you don’t care about what you measure, you can’t remediate problems you have.
If you don’t compare your performance against a benchmark, you don’t know if your remediation is sufficient.

This is one of the many thoughts I post on Twitter on daily basis.
