A lot of people in IT still choose tools based on emotional response and peer pressure rather than on their unique business requirements. You can tell them to do the opposite as much as you want. It’s like asking to change human nature. What if #AI would be able to test & choose?

For years I’ve been thinking about what I call “adaptive UIs”, that show/hide levels of details or capabilities based on the persona that logs in. Now I wonder if #AI could be applied to dashboards to go beyond that idea and expose front-end capabilities based on usage and tasks.
