Also, when you submit a session proposal for a tech conference, think about your intended audience. The chance that your proposal (title, abstract, content) works equally well for a sales kick off and a customer-facing event is very slim.

A way to improve the quality of sessions at tech conferences would be to establish a committee of strategic customers (among large end user organizations) and let them vote on the submitted sessions before the agenda is finalized rather than let vendor employees vote the sessions

@vivaldibrowser This can’t be about downloads. The help page about performance is suggesting to remove extensions, which I did. After just 2 weeks of use we can’t have come to this already.

Sometimes @vivaldibrowser remains “stuck” for up to 4s before loading the page. I thought it was my extensions (just 3) so I uninstalled them and restarted, but not difference.

Maybe I spoke too quickly about the speed. After a couple of weeks, the browser has somehow changed behaviour. Now, when I ask to load a new page, or to go back to the previous, it remains apparently inactive for 1-2s and then it loads what it has to load very quickly. Not good. https://t.co/Aj2DKV6ace

One aspect that is often forgotten by vendors is that their software competes against others for a limited customer budget. So vendors better create software that is essential or the perception that it is. It’s a BU or marketing job (respectively). Sales can’t do that at scale.
