There’s a threshold in life. Sometimes it depends on level of responsibility, or on wealth, or just on age. After that threshold, you select your service providers based on their dedication to customers, not on how many features their product has or how attractive the price is.

As usual, @chirrapp is excellent. I didn’t try the Plus features yet, but the basic capabilities remain a must-have.

What I really need now, is @kossnocorp to expand it so I can post the same stuff to Linkedin, and then create an iOS app out of it.

@Deliveroo @googlemaps 3/ I sincerely hope that the recently approved @Amazon investment in @Deliveroo will steer the latter towards the former’s customer obsession leadership principle. It’s much needed in the UK market.

If the use of a 3rd party service of your choice negatively impacts your relationship with the customer, it’s not up to the customer to fix it, it’s up to you. It just erodes trust and drives the customer away as soon as a decent competitor emerges.

1/ It happens that @Deliveroo uses @GoogleMaps API. Somehow, my postcode has stopped being reported in the right location, preventing me from accessing certain restaurants. After a tedious back and forth, Deliveroo customer service invites me to contact Google to solve my issues.
