@mythmon @lhawthorn I have no particular bias towards a 40h model. In fact, I believe that the large majority of people are really productive no more than 2-3h / day. Yet, I believe that too big of a departure from the current model would be a cultural shock and be rejected.

Before #COVID19, in a company predominantly focused on office presence, #WFH would often imply missing out, being left out. That has a very tangible impact on exposure opportunities and career progression. If WFH is here to stay, companies will need to be really careful inclusion
