Just like for #web3, I strongly believe that human body augmentation will emerge predominantly as a cultural phenomenon rather than just a tech wave.

Initially people will want to adopt the tech I talk about on H+ (https://t.co/vsOnfgvwOg) because they’ll embody certain values.

The most important thing worth mentioning about #crypto and #web3 is this: most Boomers and Gen X don’t understand what’s going on. It’s not just a tech wave, but a cultural phenomenon. And it’s too big, too fast, and too alien compared to anything they are used to. Can’t relate.

Even if I’ve been in the UK for eight years, and I’ve been officially a British citizen for one, I am still surprised by how quickly technology gets adopted here (compared to the country I originally come from). https://t.co/EiAZhIH2Lg

This also applies to individuals. It takes years to evolve our persona. Often we don’t even try new things because we know what people expect from us. We know it’s too risky.
