@michael_keen Very few, sure. But organizations are maturing. A lot started to look beyond VM automated provisioning in 2011.

@cbarneveld Designing provisioning workflow for 1 complex business service may take 1month+. 2 weeks PSO not going to help much anyway.

@michael_keen Hopefully customers looking for VSM know why they need VSM: process governance, service provisioning, service-centric portal.

@mreferre Good if it’s optional. Bad if it’s required. Hopefully next versions will introduce out-of-the-box integration.
