Like every year conversation with customers always is the best part of the #rhsummit. The conversation this year is overwhelmingly about #Ansible and Insights, our #automation and predictive analytics platforms, integrated to automate remediation and get closer to self-healing IT

As for many terms that become trendy, I’m reading increasingly lousy definitions of #automation. We got to a point now where, basically, any piece solution that moves things around when you push a button is labelled “automation”. By this logic, any software is automation.
