After almost 1y of use my experience with @weareshapr is mediocre. But it’s not the fault of the tool. It’s the people. Most of them don’t make a 1st contact, don’t know why they are connecting, or lose focus and fail to remain in touch to get to a meeting. Just like in real life

It’s great fun to read “Genome” (Ridley, 1999), especially the chapter about chromosome 6 and intelligence, AFTER reading “The Neuroscience of Intelligence” (@rjhaier, 2017).

The order you use to read certain books makes their perspectives even more fascinating.

5 Qs to ask an #AI company:

1 Are you using deep learning algorithms or something else? Why?
2 Where did you get your dataset? How big it is?
3 What did your AI learn exactly?
4 How did you test & mitigate the bias in your model?
5 What happens if your product doesn’t use AI?

@krmarko @pandemonica @LoupVentures thanks but I was looking for something completely different. This is a too difficult topic that cannot be resolved with short definitions. People need to understand by comparing examples.

Being first to market is useless if you don’t have the conviction of your ideas, you don’t own the message (even when facing criticism) and need to wait for validation from competitors that copy you.

The number of founders of an “#AI and #blockchain for #biomedicine” startup I am stumbling on is overwhelming.
