I wish we could do a business and social experiment: one day, a single day of the year, everybody in charge of making decisions for customers, regardless of role or function, would go for the least complicated option.

See, the problem with the extreme market speed we experience these days is that most people develop a strategy to address today’s demand. If that strategy gets years to be executed, and you didn’t account for market changes, you are DOA.

Problem is that #1 doesn’t work with Oreo (so not in new phones). #2 only works with root (so not in new phones). And #3 alone is not enough to compensate the OS instability that you suffer when moving to Android.

Hence, I’m afraid my adventure with Android is near the end.
