I wonder what would happen, at a macroscopic level, in terms of corporate dynamics and power plays, if every 6 months all the staff in a BU would be rotated to a different BU.
Those tools, like @Grammarly, are invaluable. Kids learn by example. So a real-time correction, repeated over and over, allows people to eventually absorb knowledge. Just like following Google Maps over and over ends up with us remembering the path. https://t.co/E7H0ArSEpv
I have seen an accurate TCO analysis only a handful of times in 20y of career. You might think that cost items are added/removed to manipulate numbers and support whichever worldview you want to push out. Nope. People simply are inaccurate/incomplete because it’s too much work.
Yesterday I visited an incubator with a very interesting model here in London. What impresses me every time I visit one of those is the brilliant and ambitious young people from all around the world that I meet. #London is a place where people want to be to make a difference.

Fascinating @TEDTalks, not just in itself but also because of the analogy with human behaviour. We think we are SO in control of our behaviour but we are not at all > The surprising science of alpha males https://t.co/uEHbcnseBF
