Reading the latest research from @richwatson and this sentence made me think: ”The goal of monitoring is to provide the correct information to the right people at the appropriate time to maintain the desired level of system availability, performance and, ultimately, UX.”

The biggest issue with human enhancement companies (that I research in my little free time at https://t.co/vsOnfgvwOg) is how they present themselves. Either as mad scientists out of a good horror novel or as science nerds only speaking through academic papers and numbers.

Home automation is getting more sophisticated but it still requires massive amount of human babysitting. Just like IT #automation.
