3/ The @EU_Commission white paper does not address the development and use of #AI for military purposes. So that’s an area that will be intensely debated at a later time.

2/ The future favourable competitive position that the @EU_Commission describes in the #AI whitepaper is based on industry research predictions about edge computing market trends (and the consequent location of data) that are…predictions. @cpownall It’s not great in principle, let alone in practice. The point here is that technology will progress to a point that you won’t need fabricated news anymore. #AI will produce a convincing argument to support your position without you having to resort to fake.
