Also, a question for all my US friends out there: do you use an Apple Card? Are you happy with it? Any feedback (even in private) would be appreciated.

It’s such a shame to see global businesses like @UberEats, which have been allowed to operate during the #COVID19 lockdown by the @MayorofLondon, using shady cost-cutting tricks at the expenses of the citizens. More people should use @OmbudAssoc

Correlate these two pictures. The first is a letter sent by the prime minister to all citizens (Mar 28) as the UK government enforced the #COVID19 lockdown. The second is today’s chart compiled by @nytimes and sorted by “density of death” (Jun 13).
For all the people that don’t realize yet how powerful modern #AI can be in manipulating pictures and videos, these 10s videos are eye opening. Only 65% of these deepfakes were detected. >
Reading the daily justifications for the stock market fluctuations that the FT (and many others) publishes is one of the most entertaining things you can do in these dark times. I’ll call them #EphemeralTruths.
If a person would be trying to do this in a hurry, maybe after a security breach, that person would be hopelessly exposed for weeks or months because online services are so uncooperative.
