After just one day, I’m completely hooked on @hypothes_is. So far, I used social media as sort of annotation boards, where things I share get also replicated on my personal website for future reference. But not everything I want to highlight can be shared. Hypothesis solves this.

We’ll see. The article (and comments) offer interesting perspectives but we need to review actual numbers at large scale rather than rely on a generic “multiple executives”.

I’ve been thinking about this for months now. Is there any startup out there that is attempting to simulate real-life situations with textbook outcomes to see if a human brain can build experience at a faster rate from it? Delivered through VR as an incubator.

Building human experience takes too long. We can try to significantly extend life, or try to build experience at a much faster rate. Maybe through simulation?

Another great, dynamic chart from @nytimes. Data journalism really makes an enormous difference in telling a story >

In fact, you could push the concept even further and think about an annotation system that works at the OS level, across all applications (beyond the browser) and documents on the file system. @Apple?

But then, again, problems #1 and #2
