1/ The delusion of every new technology platform is that it removes the friction introduced by its predecessor. In most cases, that friction comes from a very successful adoption of the old technology. The more successful, the more critical.

@glmitchy @FPFL @heyhey @basecamp A paradigm shift in how clients manage *interactions over email* (not emails) at a significant scale for really busy people (think minimum 100 emails per day, legit, on top of all spam).

It might sound “enterprise” focused, but I know plenty of non corporate-people that busy.

I thought that maybe I could a widget on the new #iOS14 home screen that rotates pics from that ToDo album, so I’m reminded what to do. Again, most-inefficient method ever, and definitely not me. But maybe it’s something other people do, too?

Without intention, I took the habit of taking pics of all sort of things I need to do: books to buy, articles to read, services to test. Yesterday I decided to create a ToDo album for those pics. Highly inefficient and yet somehow faster than anything else for me. Is it a thing?
