@omarsultan @tim_cook I bought my first smartband to read notifications and avoid staying glued at the iPhone screen non-stop. 5y later, it still is my only use case, and the smartband is absolutely indispensable. But in my comment, I was referring more to the Watch computing power to augment glasses.

Many people think about smartbands/watches as devices optimized for specific use cases (fitness, health,etc). I believe it’s just the short term. The real Q is if the pair smartwatch+smartglasses will allow Apple to cannibilize the iPhone without making it feel like a compromise.

Healthcare is mission-critical. There’s a reason why we have a GP and an army of specialists. Think about it the next time you suggest that a developer has to become an expert in cloud infrastructures, IT operations, cybersecurity, AI, etc.
