When we watch an online-only IT event, conscious or not, we expect a TV-quality broadcast. But you can’t turn engineers and architects into news anchors overnight. Especially if you neglected appearance and quality of the narrative for decades. It will take years to get there.

Probably better settle for “Towards NoOps”.

Collaboration across corporate functions depends on speed and reliability. If a function doesn’t deliver fast enough, the others will find a workaround or stop collaborating for future projects. It takes very little to compromise trust and years to regain it.
