I measure success over years (no less than 3, usually 5+). The real adoption and value of a new technology cannot be measured in weeks or quarters. The capability to influence behaviours and mindsets cannot be measured in days or weeks.
Long-term is when things really change.

The word “robot” comes from the 1920 Czech play R.U.R. by playwright Karel Capek (“robot” means “drudgery” in the Czech language and “labor” in Slovak). In the play a factory called Rossum’s Universal Robots creates an army of robots to perform menial labor.

You can’t run an #AI department/CoE/unit led by an exceptional data scientist that comes from the academic world and has never seen an enterprise and expect a different outcome.
