I always thought that 3rd party @Twitter clients have never even scratched the surface of what could be done to improve the UX, including popular clients like Tweetbot, Twitterrific. Ex.: so much you could do to triage>evaluate>discard “followings” that produce non-valuable info

Filtering out the noise fundamentally boils down to saying “no”.
