@simoncrosby There’s a huge difference between producing these things by yourself and streaming them on YouTube or Twitch vs having a publishing platform that does most of the heavy lifting for you (like it happens with blogs, newsletters, podcasts, etc.).

@simoncrosby Well, the established, talented “creators” will want something to sign a long-term commitment with one platform vs. another. And that is either a much wider audience, significantly more money, or “creative freedom” they can’t have elsewhere.

So reach will make a big difference.

@simoncrosby Now say, for example, that one of these platforms is -coincidentally- also a TV streaming service… Then you can start doing interesting things that are not possible today. Like offerign the talented creator a talk show, or a theatre play, or a TV series. Amplifying the reach ++

Eventually, all publishing platforms will converge to a point where they all try to offer blogs and newsletters, podcasts and audio chats, video streaming, and maybe short stories and books.

It will be irrelevant what channel you want to use to reach the audience.

Is it #EdgeComputing? Or the True, Definitive #CloudComputing? Or the beginning of #SpaceComputing? And what was all the computing done on the ISS in these years?

Big questions about poor definitions.

Fun:

“customers would deposit collateral in cash or crypto accounts and be responsible for keeping enough to cover margin req. Margin levels would be calculated every 30s. If the margin falls too low, FTX would start liquidating the position in seconds.”

Very interesting, @aseidman. Now the question is if people will be willing to give up very advanced map systems for an emerging one that will (likely) take years to get on par. >

At long last, #web3 makes a push to fight Google Maps https://t.co/bgF1r7lZJR
