I suppose I could have written more about the subject other than sparse, fleeting tweets and internal corporate memos that nobody will ever see. But at least the term has now spread within the IT industry and beyond it.

What Western enterprise IT vendors have to hope is that their competitors in #China will never fully understand the power of Frictionless IT and fully commit to deliver it.

I’ve talked about it for 7 years now, and the notion is still nebulous (at best) despite the evidence.
